Massomeh Spahr

Massomeh brings over a decade of leadership experience in operations, facilities oversight, and complex project management. Before transitioning into real estate and property management, she served as Senior Director of Operations for a progressive K–8 charter school network, where she led the planning, development, and execution of large-scale facilities projects. In that role, she oversaw the opening and operational launch of three new school buildings within a five-year period—managing construction timelines, coordinating with contractors and city agencies, and implementing systems for long-term building maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Born and raised in New York City, Massomeh brings a deep understanding of how well-managed spaces can shape communities. She believes that every environment—whether a school, home, or commercial property—has the potential to strengthen community connection, foster shared learning, and create spaces where people can thrive together. In her free time, she enjoys adventuring with her three daughters, diving into everything from essays and autobiographies to poetry, and crocheting an ever-growing collection of handmade projects.
